● Has a new TS film coating with much greater oxidation resistance and hardness than conventional films, yielding a longer operational life and ideal for high-speed machining / dry machining.
● Has a 3-flute shape to be strong against chatter and is capable of stepless grooving.
● The unique tip pocket shape allows for the cutting of grooves to be achieved with 2 flutes in parallel at the cutting depth.
● The product is considered to have an "SR blade length," as the blade length is between that of TSC-HEM3S (short blade length) and TSC-HEM3R (regular blade length).
● Compared to 30° twisted square end mills, both rotation and feed capacity are more than double for higher speed machining.
